به عنوان يك نتيجه ، تقاضا براي تصويري با كيفيت بالا در سيستم امنيتي ، نيازمندي براي سنسورهايي با پيكسل بالا در حال افزايش بوده و علاوه بر آن افزايش تقاضا براي دوربين هاي مگاپيكسلي شب و روز براي نظارت در شب نيز بالا رفته است.براي مواجه شدن با روند و نيازهاي بازار مهندسين تامرون در تكاپو و تلاش جهت گسترش مشخصات فني در دوربين هاي مگاپيكسلي به همراه رسيدن به موفقيت در توسعه توليد لنزهاي Varifocal  هستند كه حتي با  سيستم دوربين هاي  با رزولوشن 3  مگاپيكسلي و امكان تغيير تمركز در يك زمان براي كاربرد در روز و شب وجود داشته باشد.
